The Linen & Latch Agreement: Finalising our professional engagement. This includes the execution of our formal confidentiality and non-disclosure terms, ensuring your privacy is legally protected before any keys are exchanged.

Phase 3: The Signature Onboarding

System Initialisation: We establish the "Linen & Latch" standard for your laundry, pantry, and wardrobe management.

Vendor Handover: If you have selected The Executive Retainer, we introduce ourselves to your current trades and vendors as your primary point of accountability.

Phase 4: Ongoing Residential Management

Once established, your home runs on "autopilot." As your Residential Director, Jade provides consistent oversight, ensuring the standard never slips.

Proactive Reporting: We identify maintenance needs before they become emergencies.
